RETURNS, EXCHANGE &REFUND
The products offered by KASS Jewels a Unit of Arvind Pritam Das Jewellers are mostly hand
crafted & resulting in each product being unique & slightly different from each other. We take every
precaution to guarantee that the website displays our products appropriately. All our products go
through strict quality control before shipping. Differences between a product's photo and its real
state could be caused by:
- We cannot guarantee that the user’s computer's monitor or mobile device will accurately
portray the real colour or other details of the goods you are purchasing due to technical
limitations on colour reproduction or photo quality. Any mistakes or inaccuracies in the images
or graphical depictions of our products that are posted on the website will not be our
responsibility.
- Every piece of our collection is handcrafted by craftsmen using a variety of intricate and basic
processes that make it impossible to accurately recreate the website's appearance.
RETURNS
• If you're not satisfied with your Kass Jewels online purchase, we'll make arrangements to return
the item and issue a partial refund.
• In case of return we will refund the entire amount to your bank account or credit/debit card after
the deduction of 10% on the invoice value in lieu of handling, insurance and luxury logistics costs
incurred.
• To be eligible, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the order along with an unboxing
video. You must send an email at hello@kassjewels.com or contact us through Whatsapp at +91
8171 888 90 to notify, along with your order reference number, unboxing video and invoice.
• Once we have received your request and we will arrange for a product pick at your originally
provided address. It must be returned in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn,
with original packaging).
• After we receive the product, our quality control team holds the discretion to approve the product
for return by inspecting whether it meet the all the return guidelines and is found in the original
condition.
• We reserve the right to reject a return request if the returned item does not adhere to the
aforementioned return policies.
• We reserve the right to decline down requests for returns that are exorbitant or irrational.
• Refunds will be initiated post the approval by our quality control team. Post confirmation refunds
take 10-14 working days from our end.
DAMAGES
• In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return
them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).
• In events of any defect or damages, please contact us within us 24 hours of receiving your product
along with an unboxing video and photographs highlighting the issue, by emailing us at
hello@kassjewels.com or through Whatsapp at +91 8171 888 90.
• Our team shall cooperate to remedy the situation and a replacement order of the same design shall
be placed.
• Our quality control team holds the discretion to approve the product for return after we receive
your request. Post confirmation we shall arrange a pickup for the damaged product from your
originally provided address.
EXCHANGE
• We offer a Lifetime Exchange and Buy Back service, available online and in-store. To initiate an
exchange or buy back, please present your original purchase invoice.
• Key Details:
‣ The valuation will be based on the market value on the day of the request.
‣ A shipping and handling fee of ₹1000 will be applied, along with any applicable deductions
outlined below.

• 100% of the present gold value at the current market rate, plus
• 90% of the original diamond purchase value.
‣ Plain Gold Jewelry
• 100% of the present gold value at the current market rate
‣ Please note, we do not accept exchange or buy-backs for gemstones other than diamonds.
• Additional Conditions:
‣ If your original purchase was discounted, the corresponding deduction will be applied.
‣ For cashing out the amount (en-cash), an additional 5% deduction will be charged unless you
are exchanging the item for a new purchase.
